If you love waterfalls then this a must stop for you. It has a large waterfall that is spectacular and other falls during the hike. This place is definitely dog friendly so go ahead and bring your furry friend. I would suggest when you go to either first start going down the stairs instead of going to the left to the falls straightaway because at the end you will have to climb those stairs and that can be very tiring. I went to the left and saw the falls straightaway and then hiked the trail around. I however decided to take the trail back to the main falls hoping not so many people would be around since it was much later for better photos. By doing so I avoided the stairs completely which is another idea for all of you as well. There is a fee to enter but they take both cards and cash, however if your GPS has you taking the Dingman’s Furry Bridge over make sure to have a $1 for the toll because it is cash only and it’s both ways.
