Ice Caves, NY

This hike was recommened by a friend of mine. I was only able to do the Ice Caves because a storm rolled in, but would like to go back and explore the Verkeerderkill Falls trail. The trails are very easy to navigate and easy to walk on. Once you get to the caves it can be slippery at times because of the water that drips in the cave. People have brought their dogs here. I wouldn’t recommend it if you were doing the caves because at one point you’re climbing a ladder on the trail. This can be challenging if you have a dog with you.
